1. Clear Your Browser Cache

Below are instructions for the top browsers:

Google Chrome (Windows & macOS)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Privacy and security (or type chrome://settings/privacy in the address bar).
  4. Click Clear browsing data.
  5. Choose the Time range (select All time to be thorough).
  6. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  7. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox (Windows & macOS)

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top-right corner and select Settings (or Options).
  3. In the left panel, select Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data….
  5. Check Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
  6. Click Clear and confirm.

Safari (macOS & iOS)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. On macOS:
    • In the top menu, click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
    • Click Manage Website Data…, then click Remove All.
    • Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
  3. On iOS (iPhone/iPad):
    • Go to Settings > Safari.
    • Tap Clear History and Website Data.
    • Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

Microsoft Edge (Windows & macOS)

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Click Privacy, search, and services in the left menu.
  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  5. Choose the Time range (select All time for a thorough clean).
  6. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  7. Click Clear now.

2. Quit and Reopen Your Browser

After clearing your cache, completely close the browser:

  • On desktop, click the X in the top-right (Windows) or the red dot (macOS) to exit. Double-check no other browser windows remain open.
  • On mobile, swipe up or close the app from the app switcher.

Then reopen the browser to ensure the cache changes take effect.


3. Sign In Again

  1. Click here to go to the sign-in page 
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. If prompted, follow any additional on-screen instructions or Two-Factor Authentication steps.

4. Still Having Trouble?

  • Reset your password: If you’ve forgotten your password or still can’t access your account, click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page and follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email with further steps—be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
  • Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to us at support@conjuror.community. Include any error messages you’ve seen, your browser information, and your username to expedite the process.
