Customer Support Email Hours
Monday through Friday 10am to 10pm CST.
During normal support hours, you will usually get a response within 2 hours. Depending on how many support tickets we are handling, it may take up to 24 hours to get to your ticket.
If you email us on Saturday or Sunday, our support team may not get back to you until Monday morning.
