This article is intended for all customers (including Members and Non-Members) who have purchased single digital products, multiple digital products, or package deals from Conjuror Community.

Getting your digital products is easy! We've streamlined this process and it is very straightforward.
1. Login here: https://club.conjuror.community/
2. Enter your Username and Password. (If you don't know your username or password, scroll to the bottom of this page)
3. Once logged in, click "My Videos".
4. Now you will find all your digital products. Simply click any of the products to start watching.
If you feel like something is missing from your digital products catalogue, please contact support and let us know.
CC Club Members should use your same username and password that you use to login to the CC Club.
If you do not know your username... it is always the same as your email address.
If you don't know you password, you will need to do a password reset here.
Physical Products are products that require shipping to your address. That's what we are talking about here.
1. Login here: https://store.conjuror.community/my-account/
2. Enter your Username and Password. (Use your same username and password that you use to login to the CC Club.)
3. Once logged in, click the MY ACCOUNT button in the top navigation.
4. Then click PHYSICAL PRODUCTS in the side menu as seen below:
All your past physical orders will be located there.
CC Club Members should use your same username and password that you use to login to the CC Club.
If you do not know your username... it is always the same as your email address.
If you don't know you password, you will need to do a password reset here.
Not all Physical Product Orders will be listed here - only the ones purchased via this Magic Shop Website. In some cases, like when buying lecture packages from visiting artists, your orders will NOT be listed in the Magic Shop.
You should look for your email that says "Your Username and Password". That email contains your info needed to log in and watch your products.
The email will come from support@conjuror.community
Make sure to check your spam/trash folder if you cannot find the email.
