Update my billing information.

FOR CONJUROR COMMUNITY MEMBERS ONLY

At some point, you may need to update your credit card information in order to keep your access to Conjuror.Community

Reasons for this could be when your credit card expires while your membership is ongoing.  Or you may want to switch your payments over to another card...

FOR CREDIT CARD USERS

To do this, simply log in to the CC Site.

Click the human icon and then go to "My Account". 

Then click "Update Your Credit Card Details" (See pic below)

It will take you to another encrypted page that will ask you to input your email address to send you a personal link on your email address. This ensures that only you have access to your personal sensitive information.

Once you have clicked "Send me my link button" a confirmation page will appear as shown below. Check your email for the link to access the secure site.

After checking your email and clicking the link, it will take you to a page where you can update your payment information.

Click "Update my info".

Follow the instructions to update your card details. 

 

For some members, how their account dashboard might look different and the process of updating your card might slighty vary.

1. Click human icon and then click "My Account".

2. Click "Payment Methods"

3. Click "Add payment method". 

Once you have added a new payment method, simply choose which card will be the default card. You can also delete any other cards in your account by clicking "Delete"
